摘  要:对合成的反式聚环戊烯橡胶(TPR)进行了性能评价,结果表明,与天然橡胶(NR)、丁苯橡胶(SBR)及异戊橡胶(IR)相比,TPR的生胶及混炼胶门尼黏度大,混炼胶拉伸强度大,有利于橡胶制品的半成品尺寸稳定。TPR硫化胶回弹性及耐磨性好,永久变形及动态形变小,生热及滚动阻力低,与NR、SBR和IR相比具有明显的优势,其回弹性是NR的1.5倍以上,终动压缩率和永久变形是NR的0.2-0.5倍,磨耗体积是NR的0.1-0.25倍,滚动阻力是IR的0.40-0.65倍。TPR硫化胶具有较宽的动态黏弹谱分布,可较好地平衡高抗湿滑性、低滚动阻力和高耐磨性之间的矛盾,尤其是60℃的tanδ小于0.05,可以用作绿色节能轮胎材料。数均相对分子质量为(2.5-3.0)×105的TPR综合性能较好。The performance of synthesized trans-polycyclopentene rubber(TPR)was studied.The results showed that compared with NR,SBR and IR,the Mooney viscosity of raw TPR rubber and its compounds is higher as well as the tensile strength of mixed compounds,which is beneficial to the dimensional stability of semi-finished product.Also the vulcanized TPR has better elastic resilience,abrasion resistance,smaller permanent deformation and dynamic deformation,and lower thermogenesis and rolling resistance.Specifically,TPR has over 1.5times resilience,0.2-0.5times final dynamic compression ratio and permanent deformation,0.10-0.25 times wear volume to those of NR,and0.40-0.65 times rolling resistance to IR.The dynamic viscoelasticity of vulcanized TPR is broader,which is facilitated to balance the conflict of high wet-skid resistance,low rolling resistance and high abrasion resistance.Especially,the tanδis less than 0.05 at 60℃.So TPR can be used as green rubber material.The overall performance of TPR with its Mn between 2.5×105 and 3.0×105 is the best.
