摘  要:研究了对甲氧基乙酰苯胺硝化、还原制备2-氨基-4-乙酰氨基苯甲醚的工艺过程。确定了硝化反应主杂质的结构,优化了硝化反应条件,当硫酸浓度为93%,温度为5℃,硝酸比为1.01时,硝化收率达到96.2%,硝基物纯度98.5%。考察了以Raney镍为催化剂,甲醇为溶剂进行加氢还原的主要影响因素。当催化剂用量为原料质量的1/10、温度为80℃、压力为1.5 MPa时,加氢转化率为100%,选择性为99.4%。The process of preparing 2-amino-4-acetamino anisole from p-methoxy acetanilide by nitration and reduction were studied.The structure of the main impurity was determined. The nitration reaction conditions were optimized. When the concentration of sulfuric acid 93%,the temperature 5 ℃,the molar ratio of nitric acid 1. 01,the yield of nitration was 96. 2%,and the purity was 98. 5%. Using Raney-Ni as catalyst,methanol as solvent,the main influence factors of hydrogen reduction were investigated. When the amount of catalyst was 1 / 10 to the quality of 2-nitro-4-acetamino anisole,temperature 80 ℃,the pressure 1. 5 MPa,the hydrogenation conversion rate was 100% and the regioselectivity was 99. 4%.
