摘 要:以4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷为固化剂,采用非等温差式扫描量热法(DSC)研究了氮化铝/环氧树脂的固化动力学,确定了固化体系的凝胶化温度为67.65475℃、固化温度为137.66439℃、后处理温度为177.65657℃。采用Kissinger法和Crane法线性拟合直线得出环氧树脂复合材料的表观活化能为5.778 k J/mol,反应级数为0.68,从而确定其动力学方程模型。In this paper, the cure kinetics of aluminum nitride/epoxy resin was investigated by non-isothermal differential scanning scanning calorimetry (DSC) using 4,4 '-diaminodiphenylmethane as curing agent. According to the curing reaction of epoxy resin system at different heating rates DSC curve, the gelling temperature, curing temperature and post-treatment are 67.65475 ℃, 137.66439 ℃and 177.65657 ℃ respectively. The apparent activation energy and the reaction order of curing reaction were calculated using Kissinger and Crane methods. The apparent activation energy is 5.778 kJ/mol and the reaction order is 0.68. The cure kinetics equation has also been determined.
