Ni/γ-Al_2O_3 Catalysts Modified by Rare Earth Elements for Hydrogenation of Furfural to 2-methyl-furan

摘  要:采用超声-浸渍方法制备负载型Ni/γ-Al_2O_3及稀土(nRE∶nNi=1∶100)改性Ni/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂。以糠醛加氢制2-甲基呋喃为探针反应测试催化性能。结果表明,反应温度为310℃时,Ni/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂糠醛转化率为100%,对2-甲基呋喃选择性为95.3%;添加稀土Nd和Eu改性后,催化剂活性不变,对2-甲基呋喃的选择性从95.3%分别提高到96.2%和97.4%。Supported Ni/γ-Al2O3 catalysts and Ni/γ-Al2O3 catalysts modified by rare earth (nRE: nNifo=100) were prepared by impregnation combined with ultrasound. Gas phase hydrogenation of furfural to to 2-methyl-furan was used as a probe reaction to test catalytic properties. The result demonstrated that the Ni/γ-Al2O3 catalysts exhibit high activity but low selectivity to 2-methyl-furan at 310 ℃. The furfural conversion rate was 100 %, and selectivity to 2-methylfuran was 95.3 %. The addition of Nd or Eu can make the selectivity to 2-methyl-furan of Ni/γ-Al2O3 increased from 95.3 % to 96.2 % or 97.4 %.
