摘 要:采用顶空-气/质联用法(HS-GC/MS)检测分析了轮胎中7种挥发性异味物质。实验对影响分析效果的主要条件进行了优化。采用外标法进行定量。在优化的条件下,方法线性关系良好,7种挥发性异味物质在线性范围内的相关系数均大于0.99.方法的检出限为0.180-43.5μg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在2.5%-9.9%之间,实际样品加标水平的回收率为81.7%-124.4%。该方法具有较好的精密度及加标回收率,准确可靠,可用予轮胎中典型挥发性异味物质的检测。A method for the determination of 7 odorous compounds in tires by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-GC/MS)was developed. To carefully characterize the performance of this method, several factors affecting parameters were studied. The quantification was performed using the external standard calirrarion. Under the optimum conditions, good linearities were obtained within the linear range. The linear correlation coefficients of seven compounds were all greater than 0.99. The method detection limits (MDL) were in the range of 0.180-43.5 μg/kg. The relative standard deviations (RSD, n=6) were between 2.5 %-9.9 %. The recoveries of 7 odorous compounds in tire samples were in the range of 81.7 %-124.4 %. The method has good precision and recoveries, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the analysis of typical odorous compounds in tires.
