摘　　要：目的:建立新疆一枝蒿中一枝蒿酮酸、6-去甲氧基-4′-O-甲基茵陈色原酮和洋艾素的含量测定方法;比较不同批次的含量差别,为药用植物的选取提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,Gemini-NX C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5.0μm),以0.4%磷酸(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相,线性梯度洗脱[0~40 min,A-B(75∶25)→A-B(40∶60)];洗脱时间:40 min,流速1 mL·min^(-1),检测波长245 nm,柱温30℃。结果:一枝蒿酮酸质量浓度在13.3~425.2μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率(n=6)为100.5%(RSD=0.66%);6-去甲氧基-4′-O-甲基茵陈色原酮质量浓度在1.7~53.3μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率(n=6)为99.6%(RSD=0.68%);洋艾素质量浓度在1.8~56.0μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率(n=6)为96.8%(RSD=0.53%)。结论:本方法操作简便,分离效果和精密度好,为新疆一枝蒿质量控制提供了一个新的方法依据。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determining the three constituents, including rupestonic acid, 6-demethoxy-4 ＇ -O-methoxylcapillarisin, and artemefin, in Artemisia rupestris L from different batches. Methods： A Phenomenex Gemini-NX C18 column （ 4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5.0 μm ） was adopted and the mobile phase consisted of water （ containing 0.4% phosphoric acid, A ） -acetonitrile （ B ） with linear gradient elution （ 0-40 rain, 75% → 40% of A ） at the flow rate of 1 mL. min-1. The detection wavelength was 245 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results： The linear range of rupestonic acid was 13.3-425.2μg .mL-1 （ r=0.999 9 ） , and the average recovery （ n=6 ） was 100.5% with RSD of 0.66%. The linear range of 6-demethoxy-4 ＇ -O-methoxylcapillarisin was 1.7-53.3 μg. mL-1 （ r=0.999 9 ）, and the average recovery （ n=6 ） was 99.6% with RSD of 0.68%. The linear rangeof artemetinin was 1.8-56.0 μg. mL-1 （ r=0.999 9 ）, and the average recovery（ n=6 ）was 96.8% with RSD of 0.53%. Conclusion： The established method is simple, accurate, and highly sensitive, which provides a new methoddogical basis for the quality control ofArtemisia rupestris L. growing in Xinjiang.
