摘 要:现有中小型冷轧薄钢板生产企业,多采用盐酸酸洗的除锈方式。在酸洗过程中有酸雾产生,酸洗后有大量废酸和酸性废水需要处理。目前的循环利用是分离废酸中的酸和铁只会才能回用。文章提出三氯化铁的循环除锈,不仅无酸雾产生,而且失效后的氯化亚铁经过氧化后即可现场再生回用;酸洗多次后多出来的高浓度氯化铁可以售卖或生产有价值的聚合氯化铁。由于前期投入较少,在线再生在一个企业是容易实现的。通过技术、经济和环境的对比分析,这套能建立氯化铁除锈循环系统,使废酸零排放成为可能,并给企业带来一定的经济效益。Currently, it's common to meet chlorohydric acid pickling as rest removal methods in the industry of cold rolled sheet steel. During this process, there will generate acid fog. After that, a great amount of polluted acid and water needs to be gently treated. The only thought of recycling polluted acid is the separation of acid and iron. In the study of ferric trichloride circulatory rust removal, we take out a new method which cans not only avoiding the generation of acid fog but also reusing the inactivated ferrous chloride through oxidation immediately. With an affordable price, it's also easy for coporation to get profit by selling the valuable polymerization ferric chloride which was taken out from the high concentraion ferric trichloride so as to make their dreams come true. The paper gives comparison and analysis divided by technology, economy and envrionment parts while building up such a ferric trichloride circulatory rest removal system can make good benefits and envrionmentally friendly effects.
