摘 要:变电站高压电气设备的可靠运行关系到输电工程乃至电网的安全稳定,其锈蚀情况及防腐改造直接影响设备本身的运行安全性、可靠性。为了掌握四川地区变电站高压电气设备锈蚀及防腐处理情况,通过对新建及在运行的多个500 k V变电站内高压电气设备锈蚀和防腐处理情况进行现场调研,分析了设备常见的腐蚀形式,指出了现场防腐处理的缺陷问题,评估了现有新型防腐技术,并提出了今后防腐改造工作重点。研究表明,变电站多种设备确实存在不同程度、不同类型的锈蚀情况,现场防腐改造并不能有效解决已有的腐蚀,建议今后委托具有专业资质的防腐工程公司采用冷喷防腐技术对变电站进行全覆盖式的防腐改造。The reliable operation of HV electrical equipment in substation is related to the safety and stability of transmission project and power grid. The corrosion and corrosion protection of the electrical equipment directly affect its safe and reliable operation. In order to control the corrosion and corrosion protection of HV electrical equipment in Sichuan area, the corrosion and corrosion protection of HV electrical equipment in the newly - built and being - operated 500 kV substations are investiga- ted. The common corrosion forms of the equipment are analyzed, the defects of field corrosion protection are pointed out, the new anticorrosion technology is evaluated, and the emphasis for the future improvements is put forward. The research shows that there are different degrees and different types of corrosion in substation, and the corrosion protection is not effective in the field. It is suggested that the anticorrosion engineering company with professional qualification in the future can be used to carry out the cold - sprayed anticorrosion for the whole substation.
