四川电网线损管理中的三率差异性分析

摘　　要：线损率指标是反映电网企业综合管理水平的经济技术指标,对于电网企业降损增效具有重要意义。当前,同时并存着统计、理论和财务线损率三种线损率指标,为厘清三者异同,以统计线损率为纽带,对上述线损三率的差异进行了比较分析,指出了造成线损三率差异的关键因素,并对三率的适用范围给出相应建议。Line loss rate is an economic and technical index which can reflect the integrated management level and is of vital importance for reducing loss and increasing efficiency of power grid companies. At present, the statistic, theoretical and financial line loss rates are all used in the analysis. In order to clarify the differences among these three line loss rates, the differences are compared and analyzed based on statistic line loss rate, and the key factors which cause the differences are pointed out. Finally, the relevant suggestions for the application of the statistic, theoretical and financial line loss rates are given.
