摘  要:复合材料因层间强度较弱而限制了其在工程中的应用范围,通过电子束毛化可实现金属表面形状的可设计性,由此在与复合材料连接的金属界面上设计毛刺后增加金属与复合材料连接界面强度。本文对电子束毛化毛刺建立了力学模型并进行了理论及有限元分析,理论分析认为电子束毛化可有效提高复合材料界面剪切强度;在此理论基础上开展了试验研究,试验结果表明:电子束毛化对界面强度略有提高,但受限于工艺水平,因此试验结果与理论分析仍有一定差距。Composite material may limit its application scope in engineering field due to weaker interlayer strength,while the design feasibility of metal surface condition can be realized by textured toughing electron beam, therefore the strength of connecting interface between composite and the metal can be reinforced after designing texture on the metal interface connecting with the composite. This paper depicts the establishment of mechanic model for toughed texture of electron beam and makes the theoretical and finite element analysis, theoretically thinking textured electron beam can effectively improve the shearing strength of composite interface. Based on this theoretical basis,tests and studies has been conducted and test results show that toughed electron beam can slightly improve the interface strength and limited by the processing level, therefore there remains certain distance between test results and the theoretical analysis.
