建筑工程技术专业中高职培养目标有效衔接研究

摘　　要：在建筑工程技术专业中开展学生能力培养,教育部门应该将培养复合能力型人才作为主要人才培养目标。在中高职培养目标有效衔接过程中,教学工作者应该从满足中职素质教育和高职素质教育目标的角度出发,实现对于建筑工程技术专业学生能力的有效培养。在学生培养活动中,努力培养专业能力过硬,并且具有良好的思想、道德与政治素质的高水平职业技能化人才。从建筑工程技术专业中人才培养的目标进行探索,提出几点有利于中高职阶段人才目标培养活动有效衔接的可行性措施。in the construction engineering technology to carry out the cultivation of students＇ ability, the education department should be the training of compound talents as the main talent training objectives. The vocational training goals and effective convergence process, teachers should start from the point of view to meet the vocational quality education and the quality education of Higher Vocational Colleges target, achieve effective training for Construction Engineering Technology Major Students＇ ability. In the activities of student training, and strive to cultivate the professional ability, and has a good ideological, moral and political quality of the high level of professional and technical personnel. This article from the construction engineering technology professional personnel training objectives to explore, put forward several points in favor of the training activities of the effective convergence of the feasible measures.
