电力行业能耗和污染物排放特征及节能减排的影响因素分析

摘　　要：电力行业是国民经济和社会发展的基础产业,但是随着电力工业规模的不断扩大,电力的发展越来越受到资源环境的制约。"十二五"期间随着电力行业节能环保政策的不断实施,电力行业结构和规模发生改变,可再生能源发电比例不断提高,节能减排效果明显。系统分析电力行业的能源消耗和污染物排放特征,总结出"十二五"期间电力行业实现节能减排的影响因素,并从政策、市场、技术等层面提出未来发展建议。Power industry is the basic industry of national economy and social development, but with the constantly expanding of the electric power industry scale, the development of power is increasingly constrained by resource environment. With the implementation of energy saving policy of power industry during the ＂Twelfth five-year＂ period, the structure and size of power industry has changed, and the proportion of renewable energy has also increased, while the effect of energy saving and emission reduction has been obvious. With making systematic analysis of energy consumption and pollutants emission characteristics of power industry, it summed up the factors to achieve energy saving and emission reduction for power industry during ＂Twelfth five-year＂ period, and also made recommendations for future development from policy, market, technology and other aspects.
