摘　　要：自然保护地作为一种特殊的生态环境区域,不仅其自身可为人类发展提供各种必须的生态环境资源,而且其自身运行与发展也影响着周围更为广泛的生态系统的平衡。基于自然保护的独有特征,对目前自然保护地管理的现状展开归纳分析,并且在此基础上提出通过制定环境计划、完善管理手段、引入国际法"共同关切事项"理念来应对目前自然保护地管理面临的种种困境。As a kind of special ecological.environment region, the natural resources can not only provide the necessary ecological environment resources for human development, but also affect the balance of the ecosystem. Based on the unique characteristics of natural protection, analysis management present situation of nature protected area. Then the paper proposed that institutional environment plan, perfect management, introducing international law ＂common concern＂ concept to cope with the difficulties faced by the management of natural protection.
