PAC模式对人工流产手术患者的心理影响

摘　　要：目的探讨流产后关爱（PAC）服务对人工流产患者心理的影响。方法选取2015年3月1日～2015年6月1日在本院门诊计划生育手术室人工流产的150例患者，按预约顺序分为对照组（n=75）和观察组（n=75），对照组接受常规的流产服务模式，观察纽接受PAC服务模式。用焦虑自评量表评估2纽不同服务模式下行人工流产术前后患者焦虑程度的差异。结果手术前，对照组SAS评分为（48．8±7．3）分，观察组为（48．6±7．2）分，差异无统计学意义（t=0．052，P=0．867）。手术后1h，对照组SAS评分为（46．6±7．1）分，观察组为（29．2±5．7）分，2组差异有统计学意义（t=12．891，P=0．000）。结论开展计划生育手术的患者容易产生焦虑、烦躁、消极、怀疑的心理问题，在护理过程中开展用PAC模式能够有效避免患者的不良心理、保证手术的顺利进行和临床效果。Objective To explore the the influence of PAC service on the psychology of artificial abortion patients. Methods 150 cases in the family planning clinic＇ operation room from March 2015 to June 2015 were divided into the control group （n = 75 ） and the observation group （ n = 75） based on the order of reservation. Patients of control group received conventional abortion service model,while the observation group accepted PAC service model. Compare the difference of anxiety degree evaluated by the Zung＇ s SAS before and after artificial abortion. Results Before the artificial abortion, the anxiety score of control group was （48.8 ± 7.3 ）, while that of observation group was （48.6 ± 7.2） ,which difference was no statistically significant（ P 〉0.05 ）. One hour after the artificial abortion,the anxiety score of control group was （ 46.6 ± 7.1 ）, while that of observation group was （ 29.2 ± 5.7 ）, which difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Patients accepting family planning operation will always have varies psychological problems including anxiety, dysphoria, negative and suspiction. The PAC model during the nursing process can effectively avoid patients＇ unhealthy psychology and ensure a successful operation and clinical effect.
