普瑞巴林胶囊联合疏肝解郁胶囊治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的通过口服普瑞巴林胶囊联合疏肝解郁胶囊治疗,观察其对带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法 86例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各43例。两组患者给予瑞巴林胶囊口服,治疗组另外给予患者疏肝解郁胶囊治疗。观察比较两组患者的疼痛评分、生活质量评分、疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗前,治疗组的疼痛评分及生活质量评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（t=0.30、0.08,P〉0.05）;治疗后两组的疼痛评分及生活质量评分较治疗前均明显减小,且治疗组的疼痛评分及生活质量评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组及对照组总有效率分别为79.07%和53.49%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ~2=6.295,P=0.012〈0.05）。治疗组患者出现眩晕2例,头部疼痛3例,口干1例,不良反应发生率13.95%;对照组患者出现眩晕3例,头部疼痛1例,口干1例,不良反应发生率11.63%;两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（χ~2=0.104,P=0.747〉0.05）。结论普瑞巴林胶囊口服联合疏肝解郁胶囊治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,可减轻患者疼痛,改善生活质量。Objective To observe curative effect by oral administration of pregabalin capsules combined with Shugan Jieyu capsules in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods A total of 86 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 43 cases in each group. Both groups received pregabalin capsules for treatment, while the treatment group also received Shugan Jieyu capsules. Observation and comparison were made on pain score, quality of life score, curative effect and adverse reactions between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference of pain score and quality of life score between the treatment group and the control group（t=0.30, 0.08, P〉0.05）. After treatment, both groups had obviously lower pain score and quality of life score than those before treatment, while the treatment group had better scores than the control group. Their difference had statistical significance（t=10.48, 10.83, P〈0.05）. Total effective rate was respectively 79.07% and 53.49% in the treatment group and the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（χ~2=6.295, P=0.012〈0.05）. There were 2 dizziness cases, 3 headache cases and 1 xerostomia case in the treatment group, with incidence of adverse reactions as 13.95%. There were 3 dizziness cases, 1 headache case and 1 xerostomia case in the control group, with incidence of adverse reactions as 11.63%. There was no statistically significant difference of adverse reactions between the two groups（χ~2=0.104, P=0.747〉0.05）. Conclusion Combination of pregabalin capsules and Shugan Jieyu capsules can relieve pain and improve quality of life in treating postherpetic neuralgia.
