摘　　要：目的探究丙型肝炎病毒核糖核酸(HCV-RNA)含量与丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平的关系。方法 120例HCV患者的血清标本同时以荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(PCR)法检测HCV-RNA及全自动生化分析仪检测ALT水平,对两组关系进行统计分析。结果 120例患者的标本中,82例ALT水平异常,其ALT水平及异常率随RNA含量的升高而增加,经相关性分析,ALT水平及异常率与HCVRNA含量呈正相关性(r=0.986,P<0.05)。结论 HCV-RNA是反映HCV复制的有效指标,通过检测ALT水平可帮助临床了解HCV在体内的复制状况及肝脏的炎性反应状态。Objective To investigate relationship between hepatitis C virus-ribonucleic acid（HCVRNA） content and alanine aminotransferase（ALT） level. Methods Fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction（PCR） was applied to detect HCV-RNA in blood samples of 120 HCV patients, and fully automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect ALT levels. Relationship between the two indexes was statistically analyzed. Results Among the 120 patients, there were 82 cases with abnormal ALT levels, and their ALT level and abnormality were increased along with increasing RNA content. Analysis showed positive correlation between ALT level, abnormality and HCV-RNA content（r=0.986, P〈0.05）. Conclusion HCV-RNA is an effective index for showing HCV replication. Detection of ALT level is helpful to comprehend HCV replication state and liver inflammatory reaction.
