摘　　要：对比研究了常温脱脂剂及低温磷化工艺与原加温型工艺的处理效果。对卡车货箱电泳涂装生产的前处理工艺进行了常温化改造。在保证产品质量不降低的前提下，涂装前处理中预脱脂及脱脂槽液使用温度由50～55℃降低至25～30℃，磷化槽液温度由40～45℃降低至25～30℃。The treatment effectiveness of normal temperature degreasing and low temperature phosphating was compared with the original processes needing heating. The pretreatment process for electrophoretic painting of truck containers was transformed to normal temperature operation. In the premise of guaranteeing the product quality unaffected, the temperature is decreased from 50-55 ℃ to 25-30℃ for pre-degreasing/degreasing tanks and from 40-45 ℃ to 25-30℃ for phosphating tank.
