摘　　要：介绍了汽车厂水平传动输送机的传动原理,提出了一种齿形链输送机用链条的选型方法,通过一款25.4 mm节距的输送机用齿形链的应用案例,详细阐述了链条设计的计算步骤,链条选型主要与支撑轨道的摩擦因数、轴间距等影响因素有关,为设计人员选择链条提供了一种便捷的设计计算方法。The transmission principle for the horizontal drive conveyors of automobile factory, a selection method of chain of silent chain conveyor. A 25.4ram pitch silent chain conveyor applications is introduced. The chain design calculation step is expounded in detail. The chain selection is connected with the coefficient of friction of the support rail with the shaft spacing and other factors, a convenient method of design calculation for designers select chain is provided.
