摘　　要：对摩托车精密冲裁大、小链轮的产品设计和工艺设计关键点进行了介绍,包括产品材料选择、齿形设计、工艺参数控制等,精冲链轮与传统加工方式的链轮相比,具有生产效率高、尺寸精度高、光亮带好等特点。The motorcycle fine blanking, product introduced, including product material selection, tooth design and process design small sprocket key points are design, process parameters control and so on. Comparing to the traditional processing methods sprocket, fine blanking sprocket has the characteristics of high production efficiency, high dimensional accuracy and good bright belt.
