摘　　要：提出一种用于铸造链链节使用的稀土变质处理高强铸钢材料。研究了此材料的成分设计、金相组织、材料处理。通过分析表明,这种由稀土变质与热处理的复合作用构成的材料组织具有高强度铸钢材料性能,可作为铸造链链节的替代材料应用。A kind of rare earth modification high tensile steel which is used for casting chain link is pro- posed. The composition design, metallographic structure and material processing of this material are studied. The result of the study shows that, this material which formed by composite effective of rare earth modification and heat treatment possesses properties of high strength casting steel, can be used as a substituted material for casting chain link.
