摘  要:对斗式提煤机链销轴—套筒—滚子铰链副(摩擦副)的微观扫描电镜观察和分析,表明销轴和套筒在选用马氏体不锈钢材料加工制件后,其磨损机制以磨粒磨损为主,伴有疲劳磨损。当滚子材料为中碳合金钢时,因受环境介质的影响,其磨损机制为腐蚀磨损和疲劳磨损,不同于对偶件套筒。According to the observation and analysis of the hinge joint (friction pair) among pin, sleeve and roller in the chain of bucket coal elevator by means of scanning electron microscope, it shows that the wear mechanism of pin and sleeve is mainly abrasive wear accompany with fatigue wear after choosing the martensitic stainless steel material to produce parts. When the material of rollers is medium carbon alloy steel, the wear mechanism is corrosion wear and fatigue wear due to the effect of environmental medium, which is different from the dual sleeve.
