摘 要:城市新区在快速发展过程中,各类用地竞争激烈、矛盾突出,而潜在土地利用竞争风险识别是预防和改善土地利用合理性的基础和前提。基于空间多准则决策法(GIS-MCDA)、问卷调查与访谈法、专家打分法等,对快速集聚型城市潜在土地利用竞争风险进行识别。结果显示:高风险区主要分布在新区的核心区和内部的闲散耕地区;较高风险区则分布在机场和工业区附近,面积较大,影响突出,在新区建设过程中需特别关注。In the process of rapid development, urban new district was fiercely competitive and the contradiction was obvious. Potential land use competition risk identification was the foundation and premised to solve the land problem. Based on GIS multi - criteria analysis( GIS- MCDA), ques- tionnaire survey and interview, delphi method, this paper identified the potential land use competitive risks of rapid agglomeration city. The results showed that : High risk areas were mainly distributed in the area of the core area, as well as internal idle land. The high risk area was located near the airport and industrial area. Area was large and had a strong influence. Special attention should be paid to the construction of the new district.
