摘 要:随着信息技术的飞速发展,信息技术革命已深刻影响到了社会的各行各业。发达国家早已在建筑业信息化方面进行了深入研究和工程实践,BIM技术在其中扮演了重要的角色。该文首先介绍了BIM的概念及其发展、分析了BIM技术的内涵,其次综述了BIM技术在国外发达国家的发展及其应用情况,分析了BIM技术在我国经历的概念导入、初步应用与快速发展三个阶段的具体情况,指出我国的BIM技术刚刚起步,可以学习与借鉴国外的发展经验,从本土化BIM软件研发、政策引导及其标准编制、高校教育及其人才培养这三个方面入手,引导我国BIM技术沿着健康快速的方向发展。With the rapid development of information technology,the revolution of information technology has a profound impact on all trades and professions of society.The developed countries give intensive studies and engineering practices on information in construction industry,and BIM technology plays an important role.In this thesis,we firstly introduce the concept of BIM and its development,and analyze the connotation of BIM technology.Then we summarize the development and application of BIM technology in developed countries,and analyze the three development phases including concept introduced,primary application and rapid development in China.We point out that BIM technology in China has just started,and development experiences of developed counties should be borrowed.We should start with local BIM software research and development,policies guidance and standard establishment,as well as higher education and talent cultivation to lead a healthy and fast way for the development of BIM technology in China.
