摘　　要：日本已经进入人口负增长时代,小城镇则正面临着劳动力流失而导致的困境。该文通过梳理日本城市的发展脉络,对目前日本小城镇所面临的衰败现状与成因进行了整理,并介绍了日本普遍性的对策法规和两项具体对策措施,以期为中国小城镇建设提供发展思路。Japan has entered the period of decreasing population.Small towns are suffering from the predicament of losing labor force.In this article,we introduced the current serious decline and origin of depopulation in small Japanese towns by summing up the process of Japanese urbanization at first.Then we introduced the common policy and two specific solutions in Japan,so as to provide development ideas for the construction of small towns in china.
