摘 要:目的:优选运脾颗粒的最佳提取、浓缩与干燥工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计,以苍术素、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、浸膏率、复方挥发油为综合测评指标,选择加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数三个因素,考察对提取效果的影响;以浸膏流动性与干浸膏成品质量优选浓缩与干燥工艺。结果:运脾颗粒最佳提取工艺条件为加水浸泡1.5小时,水煎3次,依次为5h、1.5h、1h,每次加水量为药材的6倍,浓缩与干燥的最优条件为减压(0.06-0.08Mpa)70℃浓缩,80℃干燥。结论:运脾颗粒的提取、浓缩与干燥工艺稳定、可行,评价指标可靠、合理。Objective: To optimize the extraction, concentration and drying process of Yunpi granules. Methods : The extraction technique was selected by orthogonal method, taking the contents of Naringin, hesper- idin, atractylodin, extraet yield, compound essential oil as comprehensive evaluation index. Chose three factors of amount of water added, length of decoeting time and frequencies of decocting to study their effect on extraction and optimized the process of concentrate and drying based on the extract fluidity and quality of dry extract product. Results : The best extracting technology of Yunpi Granule was defined as follows : soaking 1. 5h, water extracting for 3 times with 5h, 1.5h, and lh each time, and adding 6 times the amount of water to the medicinal herbs. The optimal concentrated and dry conditions was as follows - 0. 06 -0.08Mpa, 70℃ concentrated, and 80℃ drying. Conclusion: The extraction, concentration and drying process of Yunpi granules is stable and feasible with reliable and reasonable evaluation index.
