摘  要:天然气凝析液射流清管器可以有效控制段塞流,保证流动安全。为了研究射流清管器射流流场与旁通率和清管器前后压差的变化关系,文中通过Fluent对天然气凝析液射流清管器进行流场数值模拟,并进行分析。分别研究了旁通率和射流清管器前后压差对射流流场的影响。得出了射流流场中速度、湍动能、压强的分布规律,单一旁通率对射流流场的影响规律,单一压差对射流流场的影响规律等。文中的研究为天然气凝析液射流清管器射流流场的进一步研究提供了支持,为结构研发提供了依据。The by-pass pigging for nature gas liquid can control the slug effectively, ensuring the safe flow. In order to study the gas flow field of by-pass pigging and by-pass rate, and changes relationship of pressure difference before and after the pig pressure , the gas flow field of a by-pass pigging for gas-condensed pipeline was numerical analyzed by Fluent. This paper studied the influence of by-pass rate and pressure difference of by-pass pigging on the jet flow. The impact on the jet flow field pig was studied by by-pass rate and jet pressure difference before and after pigging. The velocity, turbulent kinetic energy and pressure distribution regularities of the jet flow field were gotten, and the influence rule of by-pass and pressure difference on the jet flow field were also gotten. This study provided support for further study of by-pass pigging nature gas condensed liquid on the devel- opment and provided the basis for structure research and development.
