摘 要:文中从温度、压力、总传热系数3个方面,对惠安堡-银川原油管道清管作业进行分析。结果表明:永宁-银川管段因油温较低,管壁结蜡严重,清理杂质较多。多次的清管作业可有效清理管壁结蜡层,当管壁结蜡层被彻底清除后,导致传热系数增加,增加热损失,为此应制定合理清管周期。根据不同季节油温地温不同,采用综合热处理、热处理、加热及常温输送工艺,确保沿线各站油温高于凝点3℃,提高管线的适应性。Huianpu-Yinehuan crude oil pipeline pigging operation was analyzed in this paper from three aspects of temperature, pressure and total heat transfer coefficient. Oil temperature of Yongning-Yinchuan pipeline is low, and the pipe wall wax is serious, and clean-up impurity is more. Multiple pigging operation can effectively clean the pipe wall wax. When the pipe wall wax layer was completely removed, heat transfer coefficient increased, and the heat loss increased. Reasonable pigging period should be formulated. Depending on the oil temperature and the ground temperature in different seasons, comprehensive heat treatment, heat treatment, heating and normal delivery process were used to ensure the oil temperature of stations along the way is 3℃ higher than freezing point,improving the adaptability of pipeline.
