重质稠油长距离管道输送工艺应用分析

摘　　要：为满足进口的委内瑞拉重质稠油到岸后管道输送的需要,需对关键技术进行研究。通过对国内外技术的调研,介绍了重质稠油长距离输送可采取的工艺方式;针对管输重质稠油的特点,提出了在工艺方式选择、设备的选择、输送方案的确定等方面应考虑的关键技术点。以华东地区某管道为例,对委内瑞拉稠油到岸后,与沙特轻质原油进行掺稀输送的运行工况进行了计算,确定了冬季安全输送的稀油掺入比例为不低于40%。To meet the demand of transporting imported Venezuelan heavy crude oil by pipeline when landed, it is very nec- essary that key technology is researched . Based on research of technologies at home and abroad , the realizable heavy crude oil transportation process methods by long distant pipeline were introduced. According to the characteristics of the pipeline transpor- ted heavy oil, some key technological points such as choice of transportation process methods , choice of equipments, determina- tion of advection scheme were put forward. As a case of one pipeline in eastern China, after Venezuelan heavy crude oil was pulled in, operational states of transporting blending with Saudi Arabia light crude oil was calculated, determining thin oil mix proportion is not less than 40 percents for winter safe transportation.
