摘 要:网壳分块安装是指将网壳分割成块后分别由起重设备吊装至高空设计位置就位,然后再形成整体进行安装。本方法大部分的焊接工作在地面进行,大大提高了焊接质量,减少了工人的高空作业量,并且可以减少与其他工种的交叉作业,可以明显的缩短工期。本文以吉林市人民大剧院钢结构工程为依托,根据现场实际条件,在施工中摸索和总结出的一种适合大跨度钢结构屋盖吊装施工工艺,通过现场实践,取得了较快的施工速度和良好的经济和社会效益,其分块安装不规则曲面网壳结构技术可为类似工程借鉴。Latticed shell block installation refers to the latticed shells being respectively hanged to high altitude design position by hoisting equipment after dividing into pieces, and then install them while forming a unity. Most of the welding work is done on the ground, which greatly improves the welding quality, reduces the workers' aerial work, cuts down the overlapping jobs with others and significantly shortens the construction period. This paper was based on the steel structure engineering of Jilin City People' s Theatre, and according to the actual conditions, it summed up a kind of hoisting technology suitable for a large span steel structure roof. After practice, the technology of irregular curved latticed shell structure by block installation achieved a relatively rapid speed and good economic and social benefits, and it could provide a reference for future similar projects.
