摘  要:高校科技专家参与基层科技成果转化是提升基层生产力的重要方式。科技服务错位、利益机制缺失是基层科技成果转化的多发性障碍因素。科技专家参与基层科技成果转化实质上是一个多主体合作博弈的过程,表现为各合作主体通过科技成果收益来满足各方利益追求。在分析高校科技专家参与基层科技成果转化合作博弈的基础上,构建了基于Shapley值的收益分配机制,并提出了基于激励机制、合作管理、投入力度、市场环境以及分配制度的创新策略,以供决策部门参考。University Science and technology experts to participate in the grass-roots unit of scientific and technological achievements transformation is an important way to enhance the productivity of grass-roots unit.The dislocation of science and technology services and the lack of interest mechanism are the multiple obstacles to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements at the grass-roots unit.Science and technology experts to participate in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is essentially a multi subject cooperative game process,the performance of each subject through scientific and technological achievements to meet the interests of the parties to pursue.On the basis of analyzing the cooperation game between science and technology experts to participate in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the income distribution mechanism based on Shapley value is constructed,and puts forward the innovation strategy based on incentive mechanism,cooperation management,investment strength,market environment and distribution system,in order to provide reference for decision making department.
