摘  要:结合吉林石化公司乙烯厂反渗透制水系统生产现状,对生产用原水水质进行评估,将活性炭过滤水进行进一步预处理优化改造,在反渗透制水系统前增加超滤制水系统,解决了原水水质超标问题,延长了反渗透的运行周期,减少了保安过滤器滤芯的更换频次,降低了反渗透制水系统的运行成本。Combining the production status of reverse osmosis water production device of Jilin Petrochemical Ethylene Plant,the authors assessed the quality of raw water used for production.The charcoal filtered water was further pretreated and optimized.The ultrafiltration water production device was added before the reverse osmosis water production system.Through these,the problem of water quality beyond standard was solved,the operation cycle of reverse osmosis device was extended,the replacing frequency of security filter cartridge was reduced and the operating cost of reverse osmosis water production device was cut.
