蒙药黄柏八味散对功能失调性子宫出血大鼠凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过动物实验,探讨黄柏八味散对子宫内膜出血模型大鼠凝血功能的影响。方法:取60只受孕大鼠,随机分为5组,按照实验要求进行每日大鼠阴道出血情况、出血时间和凝血机制测定。结果:1黄柏八味散组子宫出血量明显减少(P<0.05);2黄柏八味散组的出血时间值明显缩短(P<0.05);3凝血机制实验中,黄柏八味散组的APTT,PT值的时间显著缩短,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:黄柏八味散能缩短模型大鼠的凝血酶原时间和凝血酶时间,能使子宫有节律的收缩,从而减少阴道流血量及出血时间。Objective： Through animal experiments,this paper discusses eight taste Huangbai-8 powder on endometrium hemorrhage model in rats the effect of coagulation mechanism. Methods： This experiment selects a group of female rats wisrar,weight 220 ~ 250 g,250 ~ 300 g male rats weight,the female rats and the male rats by 2： 1 ratio and cage,the next check vaginal suppository,to check the vaginal suppository of the first day for pregnant female rats. Only pregnant rats in take 60,is divided into 5 groups,a group of molding not pregnant rats as blank control group,the rest of the four groups,the use of mifepristone and misoprostol compatibility on the seventh day of pregnancy to fill the stomach,and at the same time the vagina sterile cotton ball into the sameweight 1（ weighing about 60 ~ 65 mg）. 7 PM the next day and 17 points respectively to take out the cotton,airtight kept at low temperature in the plastic bag,and put a new cotton ball in the vagina,instead of seven consecutive days,respectively is： the model group,Huangbai-8 powder low-dose group,Huangbai-8 powder high dose group,yunnan baiyao group,from the eighth day will be five groups rats lavage administration respectively,blank control group given distilled water,powder high dose group was given eight taste Huangbai-8 powder taste high dose suspension liquid,low dose group was given eight taste Huangbai-8 powder low-dose mixed suspension,yunnan baiyao group was given yunnan baiyao mixed suspension,lavage 7 days in a row,once a day,collect the each rat vaginal bleeding tampon in seven days,（ 1） to observe the daily rat vaginal bleeding,comparing the difference between the groups of blood loss,and lavage 14 days,blood after anesthesia,（ 2） the effect on bleeding time in mice through the tail method（ 3） measured using automatic blood coagulation instrument clotting APTT,PT,FIB,TT＇s value.
