正交试验优选壮药三裂叶葛藤中葛根素的提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨壮药三裂叶葛藤中葛根素的提取工艺优化。方法:以葛根素含量作为研究指标,考察了提取时间、提取方式、溶剂浓度、物料比对三裂叶葛藤中水溶性成分提取率的影响,并通过正交试验设计确定了其最佳提取工艺。结果:取三裂叶葛藤粉末加入6倍量80%的甲醇加热回流提取1.5h,是其最佳提取工艺。结论:该工艺稳定可靠,可为壮药三裂叶葛藤中水溶性成分的工业化提取提供科学依据。Objective： Studying of optimization of the extraction technology of Puerarin in the Zhuang Medicine Pueraria phaseoloides. Methods： On the basis of Puerarin,the extraction time,extraction method,solvent concentration and solvent volume in the Zhuang Medicine Pueraria phaseoloides water-soluble component extraction were studied. Results： The best extraction process of the Zhuang Medicine Pueraria phaseoloides powder was that：6 times amount of 80% methanol and heating reflux extraction 1. 5h. Conclusion： The process is stable and reliable,which can provide scientific basis of the extraction of Zhuang Medicine Pueraria phaseoloides water-soluble constituents of industrialization.
