国内“问责制”研究的知识图谱分析--基于CNKI数据库2003-2015年收录文献关键词共现的计量和可视化

摘　　要：以2003—2015年CNKI(中国知网)收录的"问责"为篇名的3845篇关于问责的国内文献为研究对象,利用网络引文分析软件CiteSpace Ⅲ进行知识图谱分析。结果发现,国内学者对问责研究的热度一直呈现出上升的趋势,形成了行政问责、教育问责、社会问责、网络问责、审计问责等若干热点研究领域,涌现出一些核心学者和研究机构。研究表明,当前问责制研究全面繁荣背后呈现出分散化、碎片化等特点,表现出研究领域由行政问责向其他领域不断拓展、研究方法由定性开始向定量转化、研究内容由宏观为主向微观过渡,以及本土化探索逐步加强等发展趋势。与此同时,问责制研究也表现出研究队伍分散,学术资源的整合能力不足,学术研究视角较窄,对问责共性问题的学理性建构不足,以及缺乏本土化理论创新等突出问题。未来对问责的研究应该加强跨机构和跨学科的交流合作,引入多学科的理论方法和分析工具,把研究重点放在理论视野的拓展、学术观点的创新和本土化问责理论及实践体系的建构上,从而更好地发挥理论指导实践的功能作用。This paper takes 3845 research theses of ＂accountability＂ from the year of 2003 to 2015 included by CNKI database as the research object and the web citation analysis software CiteSpace III is used to build the mapping knowledge domain. The results show that the heat of the domestic scholars for the research of accountability has been showing a rising trend, some hot research fields have been formed such as the administrative accountability, education accountability, social accountability, network accountability, and audit accountability, etc. and some core scholars and research institutions have merged. The research finds out that the current accountability research owns the characteristics of diversification and fragmentation behind the comprehensive prosperity and shows the following development trends. First of all, the research field of accountability is being expanded from the administrative accountability to other fields, Secondly, the research methods of accountability starts to transform from the qualitative to the quantitative. Thirdly, the research content of accountability begins to change from the macro to the micro. Finally, the localization research of accountability is gradually strengthened. Meanwhile, the research of accountability has the following problems as well, such as scattered research team, insufficient academic resources conformity ability, narrow academic research perspective, and lack of theoretical construction for the common problems of accountability and localization theoretical innovation, etc. Future research of accountability should strengthen exchanges and cooperation across agencies and disciplines, integrate the multi-disciplinary theory methods and analysis tools, and focus on the expansion of the vision of theory, the innovation of academic points, and the construction of local accountability theory and practice system, and thus better play the function of the theory guiding practice.
