新疆汉族及少数民族大学生拖延行为及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查新疆高校汉族及少数民族大学生拖延行为现状及其各自的影响因素,为制定相应的干预策略提供参考依据。方法:分层随机整群抽取新疆3所大学本科学生构成本次研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、一般拖延量表、反刍思维量表、自尊量表及生活满意度量表对567名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:大学生拖延总分为(31.99±8.42)分,有79.4%的大学生拖延处于中等水平,2.3%存在严重的拖延问题。拖延行为在年级、学科上具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。大学生拖延行为与反刍思维存在显著的正相关(r=0.296,P<0.01),与自尊(r=-0.293,P<0.01)、生活满意度存在显著的负相关(r=-0.218,P<0.01)。回归分析显示,年级、反刍思维、生活满意度可在39.5%的程度上解释汉族大学生拖延行为;反刍思维、自尊可在38.9%的程度上解释少数民族大学生拖延行为。结论:新疆高校大学生拖延行为处于中等水平,汉族大学生拖延行为得分明显高于少数民族,年级、反刍思维、生活满意度是汉族大学生拖延行为的独立预测因子;反刍思维、自尊是少数民族大学生拖延行为的独立预测因子。Objective：To investigate the status and related risk factors of procrastination between Han and Minority University Students in Xinjiang.Methods：600university students were investigated by Chinese General Procrastination Scale（GPS）,Ruminative Responses Scale（RRS）,Self-esteem Scale（SES）and the Satisfaction with Life Scale（SWLS）.Results：567valid questionnaires were obtained.GPS score of the student was（31.99±8.42）,79.4%students in the middle level,2.3% students in the high level of procrastination.Procrastination had statistically significant differences in different subjects,and grades（P〈0.05）.There were significant positive correlation between procrastination and the rumination（r=0.296,P〈0.01）,significant negative correlation with the self-esteem（r=-0.293,P〈0.01）and the satisfaction with life（r=-0.218,P〈0.01）.The results of regression showed that grades,rumination,and the satisfaction with life could explain the 39.5% variation of procrastination among Han university students.Rumination and self-esteem could explain the 38.9% variation of procrastination among minority university students.Conclusion：Procrastination of Xinjiang university students is at moderate level.Different grades,rumination,and the satisfaction with life are the independent predictors of procrastination for Han students.Rumination and self-esteem are the independent predictors of procrastination for Minority students.
