摘 要:目的以锁底式纸盒为研究对象,研究其底部机械化折叠的实现方式。方法通过分析锁底式纸盒底部折叠动作的工艺要求和技术原理,探讨自动折叠装置关键执行机构的设计与布局,利用adams对重要机构进行优化。结果通过各执行机构的协调动作实现了纸盒底部的折叠成形,优化后的机构增大了纸盒的尺寸折叠柔性。结论基于传统人工折叠工艺,依据机械设计理论,制定出合理的机械折叠工艺,完成了自动折叠装置的设计。The work aims to study the mechanized folding of the carton bottom with the bottom-locked carton as the study object. By analyzing the process requirements and technical principles of the bottom folding of bottom-locked car- ton, and discussing the key actuator's design and layout of automatic folding device, the important mechanism was opti- mized with adams. The bottom folding of carton was achieved through the coordinated action of each actuator. The opti- mized mechanism greatly improved the dimensional folding flexibility of the carton. A reasonable mechanical folding process is formulated based on the traditional manual folding process and mechanical design theory, with which the au- tomatic folding device is designed.
