摘　　要：为采用电子调速铝盘取代传统机械式铝盘,结合伺服系统的结构,研究电子调速铝盘在针织单面大圆机上的应用。分析普通单面大圆机的特点、输纱器的传动机构,以及传统机械式调速盘的结构,并详细阐述电子调速盘的基本框架、安装位置、触摸屏界面设置等工艺,为电子调速铝盘在针织单面大圆机的应用提供参考。In order to use the electronic governor disk to replace the mechanical governor disk, this paper stud- ies the application Of electronic governor disk on single circular knitting machine based on the structure of servo system. Then it analyzes the characteristics of common single circular knitting machine, the drive mechanism of yarn feeding device and the structure of traditional mechanical governor disk. In addition, it introduces in detail the basic frame, the installation location and the touch screen interface configuration of the electronic governor disk, which provides references for the development of electronic governor disk in single circular knitting machine.
