摘  要:针对电脑袜机三角大多数采用直线-圆弧连接,使得织针和三角存在较大运动冲击,导致三角存在易于磨损、机器运行速度慢、稳定性差等缺陷。运用三次Bezier曲线对袜机三角进行优化设计,通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对织针和三角进行力学分析,得到整个成圈过程中织针随时间变化的位移、速度和加速度曲线,优化后的三角曲线使织针的运动更加平稳,织针与三角之间的冲撞力下降约10%,提高了整机编织性能。Because of the high motion impact between the knitting needle and cams due to straight line and connection way of cams on most of the computerized hosiery machines, the cams are easy to wear, machine speed is slow and the machine stability is poor. In this paper, the cams is optimal designed by using three times Bezier curve, and the stress state of knitting needle and cams are analyzed through ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Then the curve of needle's displacement, velocity and acceleration via time are acquired by the above analyses. After the optimiza- tion, the impact between needles and cams is reduced about 10%, and the knitting performance of hosiery ma- chine is improved.
