变色龙涂料轧染染色应用工艺研究

摘　　要：采用改性剂GRE对纯棉针织物进行阳离子改性,并使用变色龙涂料对改性后纯棉针织物进行轧染染色。测试并分析了改性剂GRE用量、p H值、改性温度、改性时间和改性液浴比对改性效果的影响,变色龙涂料用量、黏合剂用量、防泳移剂用量、焙烘温度和焙烘时间对染色效果的影响,以确定纯棉针织物阳离子改性、改性纯棉针织物轧染的最佳工艺。结果表明,纯棉针织物阳离子改性最佳工艺为：改性剂GRE用量20%,改性液p H值为11～12,浴比为1∶30,80℃改性处理30 min;改性纯棉针织物变色龙涂料轧染的最佳工艺为：变色龙涂料用量50 g/L,黏合剂用量70 g/L,防泳移剂用量8 g/L,二浸二轧,轧液率为65%,80℃预烘180 s,150℃焙烘90 s。Cationic modification of pure cotton knitted fabric was made by using the cationic modifying agent GRE, and modified pure cotton knitted fabric was dyed by the chameleon paint. The effects of the dosage of mod- ifier GRE, pH value, modification temperature and time, and bath ratio on modification effects, and the effects of the dosage of the chameleon paint, dosage of binding agent, dosage of leveling agent, fixing temperature and time on fixing effects were tested and analyzed, and the optimal process of cationic modification of cotton knitted fab- rics, pad dyeing of modified cotton knitted fabrics were determined. The results show that the optimal modification process of pure cotton knitted fabric is that the dosage of modifier GRE is 20%, pH is 11～12, temperature is 80 ℃, and time is 30 minutes; the optimal pad dyeing by chameleon paint of modified pure cotton knitted fabric is that the dosage of chameleon paint is 50 g/L, dosage of binding agent is 70 g/L, dosage of leveling agent is 8 g/L, pick-up is 65% with 2 dipping and 2 padding, preliminary drying temperature is 80 ℃, time is 180 seconds, and baking temperature is 150 ℃, time is 90 seconds.
