摘　　要：通过现场实测数据和数学方法对一步法腈纶纺丝工段进行了物料衡算,推算出纺丝工段各部位的浴液和丝束中的组成,并根据衡算结果对工艺参数和浴液系统进行优化和改进,提出了对浴液系统进行改进的措施,对优化生产、提高工艺具有指导意义。Material balance calculation was made for one-step acrylic spinning section with the on-site measured data and mathematical method,the composition of liquid bath and filament tow of various parts in spinning process was figured out.The material balance calculation results had a guiding significance for the optimization of process parameters and improvement of the liquid bath system,and came up with four improvement measures to liquid bath system.
