国产二氧化钛消光剂在腈纶纺丝中的工业应用

摘　　要：介绍了中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司腈纶部二步法纺丝生产线上试用国产二氧化钛(Ti O_2)消光剂的情况。结果表明:国产Ti O_2消光剂达到同类进口产品水平,使用期间生产的腈纶短丝及长丝检测疵点、粉末、纤度、断裂伸长、断裂强度等主要指标,与使用进口Ti O_2消光剂无明显差别,Ti O_2含量稳定。纺丝过滤器、纺丝组件的使用周期未见缩短,但配料时粉尘上扬,需进一步改进。The trial application of home -made titanium dioxide （TiO2 ）matting agent on the two -step spinning production line of the Acrylic Fiber Division of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.was introduced.The results showed that the domestically produced matting agent TiO2 reached the level of imported products of the same type,as the main indicators such as defects,powder,fineness,elongation at break and breaking strength of acrylic short filament and filament produced during use were not significantly different from those using imported matting agent TiO2 ,and Titanium dioxide content was stable.The life cycles of spinning filter and spinning components have not been shortened.The only defect to be further improved was that the dust rose when distributing feed.
