论“以人为本”、人本主义与“以人民为中心”

摘　　要：中国传统文化中的"以人为本"与资本主义时期提出的人本主义,二者具有共同性:都具有"二重性"。一方面,都承认人在社会存在和发展中的主体地位;另一方面,二者又具有不同的社会关系内容。虽然在本质上,二者都把百姓的作用看作是维护自身存在和保持统治地位的工具。二者兼也存在区别:前者体现的是人身依赖关系,后者表现的是以物的依赖性为基础的个人的独立性的增强。中国共产党提出的"以人为本"虽然也表现出对人在社会存在和发展中的主体地位的确认,但在社会关系的内容上则与它们有根本区别:这里的"人"是有具体社会规定性的人民,提出"以人为本"实质上是中国共产党一贯坚持的为人民服务的根本立场和价值导向的表现。"以人民为中心"把人民放在心中的最高位置,坚持全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨,这是中国共产党区别于其他政党的最明显的标志。＂Human-oriented＂ in Chinese traditional culture has something in common with the humanism proposed in the period of capitalism： duality. On one hand, they both acknowledge the dominant position of human in the social existence and development; On the other hand, they have different content of social relations. In essence, they both consider people as the maintenance tool for their own existence and dominance. And there are differences between ＂human-oriented＂ and ＂humanism＂ ： the former reflects the personal dependencies, the later is the independence of the individual based on objective material. ＂People-centered＂ proposed by the Communist Party of China shows the fundamental different content of social relations with the above two： the ＂People＂ refer to the specific social stipulation of people, ＂People-centered＂ is the fundamental position and value orientation of serving the people of the Communist Party of China. ＂People-centered＂ put ＂People＂ at the highest position in heart and adhere to the fundamental purpose of serving the people with heart and soul, which is the most obvious mark of the Communist Party of China.
