摘  要:电子商务是中国主导产业之一,为经济发展作出了巨大贡献。电子商务中最重要的环节——物流配送行业虽然发展迅速且物流配送模式日渐成熟,但也面临着成本过高、物流配送质量不高、物流配送网络建设不完善、电子商务物流配送专业人才不足等问题。电子商务发展背景下,超高速发展的电子商务为物流企业提供了稳定的业务量,提升了物流配送行业的地位,而且国家政策支持力度日益增大,但电子商务给物流业带来的吞吐、分拣和个性化物流配送等方面的挑战也不容忽视。应以深化管理制度改革为引导,鼓励物流企业做大做强;完善法律法规制度建设,规范市场秩序,加强安全监管;加大物流基础设施建设投入,提高物流信息化水平;鼓励第三方物流快速发展,推动物流企业走向社会化、专业化;大力培养物流专业人才。E-commerce is one of the leading industry in China, also it made great contributions for the economic development. As the most important link in e-commerce, logistics distribution system, although is now under rapid development and has mature logistic mode, it still faces the problems such as high cost, low logistics quality, weak network, and lack of talents. Under the background of Ecommerce, the development of logistics is accelerating and its position in the national economy is rising and enjoys national policy supporting. There are also challenges in logistics distribution. Therefore, we have to deepen the reform of management system, encourage logistics enterprises development, perfect relevant laws, enforce market regulation, invest in logistics infrastructure, rise IT level and promote the third party logistics development, and cultivate the talents.
