摘　　要：供给侧改革是经济发展模式转型下提出的推进结构性改革的全新概念,供给侧改革重点在于改变传统低效能的要素配置观念。对于商业银行而言,过去靠规模扩张及政策红利带来的粗放型增长的优势在新经济发展模式下难以再现,传统的经营逻辑与管理逻辑亟待突破。商业银行供给侧改革的整体思路是:优化金融资源配置;深度关注和刺激新的金融需求;构建高效的管理机制和支持保障系统;提高商业银行核心竞争力;转变经营理念和培育服务文化;激发市场端的供给活力和提高服务水平;实现中后台的管理变革和机制优化。Supply side reform is a new concept of promoting structural reform in the transformation of economic development mode.Supply side reform is focused on changing the traditional concept of inefficient allocation of factors. For commercial banks, the extensive growth in the past by the expansion of the scale and policy dividends in the new economic mode is difficult to reproduce the advantages.The traditional business logic and management logic need to breakthrough. The thinking of the supply side reform for commercial banks are： optimization for financial resources allocation; focusing and stimulating new financial demand; establishing management system and supporting system; upgrading core competitiveness; updating management thoughts and cultivating service culture; stimulating supply side performance and rising the service level, and realizing management reform and mechanism optimization.
