摘　　要：农村剩余劳动力转移与土地流转具有关联性,两者的良性互动能有效推进新型城镇化发展。辽宁农村剩余劳动力转移与土地流转具有代表性和典型性。文章基于辽宁的实证调研,综合运用理论与实践、实地调查与个别访谈法,提出引入市场机制,健全农村土地流转的法律和完善社会保障制度等措施,推进辽宁农村剩余劳动力转移与土地流转的良性互动,加快推进农业现代化发展。The rural surplus labor transfer and land transfer are of relevance. Their positive interaction has an important significance for promoting the development of the new urbanization. Liaoning province is typical and representative in the rural surplus labor transfer and land transfer. In order to get countermeasures for the interaction, this paper combines theory with practice and combine field survey with individual interviews. Based on the status of the situation of Liaoning, relevant suggestions are put forward： introduce market mechanisms; improve the law for rural land transfer; perfect the social security system, so as to promote the interaction between the rural surplus labor transfer and land transfer, as well as the agricultural modernization.
