摘　　要：毛泽东是伟大的马克思主义者,是提出和实践向人民负责,为人民谋利益的佼佼者。他第一个明确提出"我们的责任,是向人民负责。每句话,每个行动,每项政策,都要适合人民的利益"的政党和政府的核心主张。毛泽东创造了把马克思主义基本原则同本国的具体情况相结合的实践典范,开辟了一条符合中国国情的中国特色社会主义光明大道。向人民负责,为人民谋利益,是中国共产党治国理政,建设独立、自由、民主、统一、富强的社会主义新中国的成功经验所在,是中国共产党之所以有力量的源泉。文章以马克思主义理论为指导,结合新中国的实践情况,从四个方面,论述毛泽东关于向人民负责的伟大战略思想:(1)为人民,这是社会主义经济发展的出发点和归宿;(2)为人民,必须大大发展生产力;(3)为人民,就要搞好统筹兼顾;(4)为人民,就要让人民共享发展成果。Mao Zedong, a great Marxist, put forward the thoughts of being responsible for the people, for the interests of people, and put it into practice. He first clearly put forward that ＂our obligation is responsible for the people. Every word, every action, every policy needs to suit the interests of the people＂. Mao Zedong made the combination of Marxist basic principles with Chinese specific situation and opened up a path of socialism with Chinese characteristics which accords with the situation of China. Responsible for the people and for the people＇s interests is the successful experience of the Communist Party of China to govern the country and construct a independent, free, democracy, united and prosperity socialist new China, as well as its source of power. This paper based on Marxist theory as a guide, combined with the practice of new China, discusses MA Zedong＇s great strategic thoughts about being responsibility for the people from four aspects： （1） for the people, this is the starting point and end-result of socialist economic development. （2） for the people, it is necessary to greatly develop the productive forces; （3） for the people, we have to make overall plans and take all factors into consideration; （4） for the people, let people share the achievement.
