中国体育用品制造业的困境及对策研究——基于“中国制造2025”的背景分析

摘　　要："中国制造2025"和《关于加快发展体育产业促进体育消费的若干意见》共同建构了我国体育制造业在未来相当长时期内发展的宏伟蓝图。需要将体育制造业放在我国制造业总体发展的背景下,结合体育制造业的特点,分析制约我国体育制造业发展的因素,提出相应对策。制约我国体育制造业发展的因素主要包括:支持我国体育制造业创新的资源缺乏,创新动力不足;体育制造企业员工素质有待提升,管理水平不高,现代企业制度尚未全面建立;体育制造业信息化水平不高,产业协同程度低;体育制造业转型升级动力不足,政策支撑欠缺。解决我国体育制造业发展的问题,需要从政策上为体育制造业的改造升级提供保障;构建符合我国国情以产业科技支撑体系为重点的体育产业体系;加强人才培养,促进产业协同。Both ＂made in China 2025＂ and ＂several suggestions on accelerating the development of sports industry and boosting sports consumption＂ have created long term development structure of sports manufacturing industry. We need to view sports manufacturing industry under the whole manufacturing industry of our country and add in special characteristics of sports manufacturing industry to analyze those factors that constraint the development of the industry. Here are some important factors： We don＇t have enough resource and power to support innovation of sports manufacturing industry; the stuff and managers in the industry need to improve their abilities; we haven＇t built system for modem enterprise; the informatization of the industry and industrial cooperation are in low level which needs to be resolved fundamentally; we don＇t have enough government policy to support transition and upgrade of sports manufacturing industry. In order to solve these problems, we need to come up with policies to support this industry, build system that matches special characteristics of sports industry especially technology supporting system, strengthen talents training and improve industry cooperation.
