摘　　要：时辰药理学是研究药物与生物节律相关性的一门学科。了解时辰药理学的理念和方法，可更好的指导临床治疗与用药。本文从时辰药理学与人体生理节律在中医药学中的运用，以及指导临床合理用药方面进行了综述，为临床治疗及合理用药提供参考。Chronopharmacology is a subject to study the relationship between drugs and biological rhythm. Understanding the concept and methods of chronopharmacology can guide clinical treatment and drug uses. Thus, the paper reviewed the application of chronopharmacology, human physiological rhythm in traditional Chinese medicine, and the clinical rational use of drugs.
