摘  要:通过分析氯化氢隔膜压缩机的实际工作情况,制定了压缩机控制系统的技术方案,包括系统中油路控制、气路控制、水路控制和安全控制等方面。确定了传感器的选型和布置方案,以PLC为核心构建了控制硬件系统,并运用组态软件设计了上位机人机界面,描述了控制系统软件的功能。该系统可以实现氯化氢隔膜压缩机运行工况的实时监测与控制,及时发现压缩机运转过程中的各种故障隐患,便于现场操作操作与控制,为隔膜压缩机安全、稳定和高效运行提供技术保障。According to analyze the actual working conditions of a diaphragm compressors for hydrogen chloride, a technology solution for the compressor control system is established, including of oil control, gas control, water control and security control, etc. The hardware system is buih with the PLC as the core. The selection and installation for the sensors are determined. The PC human-ma- chine interface is obtained by using configuration software, and then the control function of software system is described. The system can realize the monitoring and controlling of the working performance for the hydrogen chloride diaphragm compressor, and it is also benefit to find the hidden faults during compressor operation. The system is convenient to operate and control the operation of the compressor, and it can provide technical support for safe, stable and efficient operation of diaphragm compressors.
