中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察固本活血泻浊汤治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将98例慢性肾功能衰竭患者按随机数字表法分为两组各49例,对照组给予西医常规治疗;治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用固本活血泻浊汤内服,以1月为1个疗程,共观察6个疗程,比较临床疗效及用药安全性。结果:治疗组显效17例,有效23例,稳定5例,无效4例,总有效率91.84%。对照组显效13例,有效15例,稳定13例,无效8例,总有效率86.67%。两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:固本活血泻浊汤能够延缓慢性肾衰竭进展,并且无明显不良反应。Objective： To observe the clinical effects and the security of Gubenhuxue Xiezhuo decoction on chronic renal failure. Methods： 98 cases of patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine therapy,while the treatment group was treated together with Gubenhuxue Xiezhuo decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy. 1 month as a course of treatment,a total of 6 courses of treatment were observed,the clinical effects and the security of medication were compared. Results： In the treatment group,17 cases were obviously effective,23 cases effective,5 cases stable,4 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate was 91. 84%. In the control group,13 cases were obviously effective,15 cases effective,13 cases stable,8 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate was 86. 67%. Comparing two groups,there were significant differences. Conclusion： Gubenhuxue Xiezhuo decoction can delay the development of chronic renal failure,and has no obvious adverse reactions.
